Step 1: Harvesting and Preparing the Logs

Our journey begins in responsibly managed forests, where logs are carefully selected and harvested. Once transported to our facility, the logs are debarked and cut to size. This step ensures that only the best raw materials are used in the production process.

Step 2: Peeling and Veneer Preparation

The logs are then fed into a rotary lathe, where they are peeled into thin sheets of veneer. These sheets are then clipped and sorted based on quality. This step is crucial for creating uniform layers that will form the core and face of the plywood.

Step 3: Drying and Gluing

Next, the veneer sheets are dried to the optimal moisture content. After drying, a strong adhesive is applied to bond the layers together. The orientation of each layer is alternated to enhance strength and stability.

Step 4: Pressing and Trimming

The glued veneers are stacked and pressed under high heat and pressure to form a solid plywood panel. Once pressed, the panels are trimmed to standard sizes and inspected for quality and consistency.
